This course has no certification
The course focuses on practically leading, planning and implementing a change process in an organization with agile working methods. What should I think about, what methods can I use and what does the process look like from current situation to new situation. You as participants get to work case-based and practically use and try out some parts of our conveyed approach.
You will also get an insight into the part of the change work that is about understanding how people act in the change, how we behave and how you respond to this in your work.
